time, an exchange of merchandise will be processed for 3 months
after purchase date. There will be a photo taken of all jewelry
before it leaves us on it's journey to you. There is no insurance
on each package unless requested by the customer and paid
for by the customer. We ship via United States Postal Service
First Class Mail and First Class International Mail which
come with tracking numbers for all items shipped so we can
determine the delivery of the product(s).
call us for an RMA prior to returning any
merchandise. If you do have to return any goods to us, it
must be sent back in the original packaging, and with a copy
of the original order email as well. We do not refund the
shipping costs for the original or return order. The product
has to be received by us before any refund is issued.
For all custom orders, there will be no refunds. All
custom orders are first sent an email with a file of the final
product to the customer for final approval. If the customer
does not have an email address, a photo copy of the final
product can be faxed to a number of their choice.
